RM of Vanscoy Begins Work on Strategic Plan

The Rural Municipality of Vanscoy is pleased to announce that we have officially begun the process of developing a Strategic Plan to help guide the RM’s direction over the coming years.

This important document will outline a shared vision for the future, identify key priorities, and set goals that reflect the needs and aspirations of our residents, businesses, and stakeholders. It will serve as a roadmap for Council and administration to make informed, coordinated decisions that support the long-term growth, sustainability, and well-being of our municipality.

We are currently in the early stages of the process, working closely with our planning consultants to gather foundational information and assess the RM’s current opportunities, challenges, and capacity.

As we move forward, community input will be essential. In the coming months, we will be reaching out to residents, local organizations, and stakeholders to participate in engagement activities and share their ideas. Your voice will help shape the vision and priorities of the Strategic Plan, and we encourage everyone to get involved.
