Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act 2007, that the Rural Municipality of Vanscoy No. 345 intends to pass a bylaw to amend the Zoning Bylaw No. 3/18 as hereinafter provided. INTENT The proposed Bylaw No. 09-2026 will rezone the land described below from AR – Agricultural Residential District to C – Commercial District. AFFECTED LAND The affected land is Parcel D, SE 35-36-07-W3. REASON To accommodate the applicant’s propose
