PUBLIC NOTICE - Bylaw No. 23-2025

Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, that the Rural Municipality of Vanscoy No. 345 intends to pass a bylaw to amend the Zoning Bylaw No. 3/18 as hereinafter provided.

INTENT

Proposed Bylaw 23-2025 will rezone the land described below from A – Agricultural to AR – Agricultural Residential.

AFFECTED LAND

The affected land is a part of the proposed Parcel B-Plan 101939845, NW 27-35-07-3.

REASON

To accommodate a proposed boundary alteration of an existing agricultural site.

BYLAW INSPECTION

Any interested person may inspect the Bylaw and the Contract Zoning Agreement at the Municipal Office, located at 300 Main Street, Vanscoy, SK, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays. Copies are available through the Office Clerk.

PUBLIC HEARING

Council will hold a public hearing on December 18, 2025, at 9:45 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaw. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing or delivered to the undersigned at the Municipal Office before the hearing.
