Notice to Ratepayers: Construction Season Reminders

As warmer weather approaches, we'd like to remind all ratepayers of the RM of Vanscoy about the importance of adhering to our Zoning Bylaw regulations regarding construction and development projects.


Development and Building Permits Required: Before commencing any construction, it is mandatory to obtain the necessary development and building permits as per our Zoning Bylaw. These permits ensure that projects meet safety standards and comply with zoning regulations.


Estimated Wait Time: Please note that the processing time for permits typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks. To avoid delays in your construction plans, we recommend applying for permits well in advance of your intended start date.
