The Rural Municipality of Vanscoy No. 345 requires a dynamic, enthusiastic and outgoing Office Assistant to join our team.
The RM’s Administration Office is located in the Village of Vanscoy, 16 KM West of the City of Saskatoon. As a growing and developing RM, we offer a challenging and complex opportunity to the Office Assistant. As the front office staff member, you will greet those visiting our office as well as assisting the diverse, busy team that administers the RM.
The Office Assistant must possess:
The ability to be a team player
Presentation of a professional demeanor
Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
The preferred candidate will possess an Office Administration Certificate or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting.
The RM of Vanscoy No. 345 offers a competitive salary ranging between $3,026.65-$5,150.00/month and benefits package based on qualifications and experience.
